I have read and understand the rules for the OVRWA Summer Sizzle Contest. I realize and accept that manuscript judging is subjective and agree to abide by the decisions of any judges and/or contest officials and shall hold harmless OVRWA, its contest personnel and/or judges, for any and all disputes arising from contest rulings or decisions, and/or disputes arising from circumstances beyond the control of contest officials.
